How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Spread bread with 1/4 cup peanut sauce; top with chicken, peppers and mozzarella. Place directly on oven rack.
Step 4
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining peanut sauce; sprinkle with cilantro.

Substitute
Substitute a 12-inch ready-to-use pizza crust for the flatbread.
Make Ahead
The peanut sauce can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator and let warm to room temperature before using as directed.
Use Your Microwave
Combine sauce ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
Special Extra
Add 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce) to peanut butter mixture before cooking as directed.
Note
If you prefer a milder sauce, omit the Sriracha sauce.
