17 Kraft Caramels
2 cups 2% milk
1 can (370 mL) evaporated milk
1/2 cup almond, cranberry, pistachio and raisin trail mix, chopped
1/2 cup sevian (short-cut thin vermicelli), uncooked
1/4 tsp. saffron threads
1 tsp. ground cardamom

Step 1
Cook and stir first 3 ingredients in large saucepan on high heat 10 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended.
Step 2
Add next 3 ingredients; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until sevian is tender. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir in cardamom. Serve warm.
