Here's a twist on grilled shrimp skewers! Garlic, tomatoes, bread and olive oil create a bruschetta-style shrimp and orzo pasta dish that will win rave reviews from the backyard BBQ crew.

2-1/2 cups orzo pasta, uncooked
6 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
3 large cloves garlic, minced, divided
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
2 cups cherry tomatoes, divided
1 demi baguette (200 g), cut into 24 cubes
6 green onions
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix 3 Tbsp. dressing and 1/3 of the garlic. Thread shrimp onto 6 skewers; thread 24 tomatoes onto 6 additional skewers alternately with baguette cubes. Grill all skewers 3 min., turning and brushing occasionally with half the dressing mixture. Remove tomato skewers from barbecue. Place onions, in single layer, next to shrimp skewers on barbecue grate. Grill shrimp and onions 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink and onions are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing mixture.
Step 4
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Quarter remaining tomatoes. Add to pasta with remaining dressing, garlic and basil; mix lightly. Slice onions; stir into pasta mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with shrimp and tomato skewers.
