This awesome appetizer combines the flavours of classic shrimp cocktail with a spinach dip-inspired spread and serves it on convenient little handheld toasts. This hors d'oeuvre recipe makes 16 little toasts but you can always double the recipe when serving larger crowds.

150 g (1/2 of 300-g pkg.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
16 baguette slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

How do I make it ?
Cook and stir first 8 ingredients in large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp are tender; cool slightly.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip and onion powder in medium bowl until blended. Stir in spinach.
Spread spinach mixture onto toast slices; top with shrimp mixture and chives.

How to Toast the Baguette Slices
Heat broiler. Place baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
