Step 2
Place 1 won ton wrapper on parchment-covered baking sheet; spoon about 1-1/2 tsp. shrimp mixture onto centre of wrapper. Brush edges of wrapper with water. Fold diagonally in half; press edges together to seal. Bring 2 corners of triangle together, moisten with water, then press points together to seal. Repeat with remaining won ton wrappers and filling.
