1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1 clove garlic, minced
12 large lettuce leaves
180 g vermicelli, cooked, cooled
3/4 lb. (340 g) frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
3/4 cup thin matchlike English cucumber sticks
2 carrots, cut into thin matchlike sticks
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint

Step 1
Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Keep warm.
Step 2
Top lettuce leaves with remaining ingredients. Fold in opposite sides of each leaf, then roll up.
Step 3
Serve with peanut butter sauce.
