1/4 cup KRAFT Catalina Dressing
1 Tbsp. honey
1 lb. (450 g) frozen uncooked cleaned (with tails left on) large shrimp
1 mango, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
2 red peppers, cut in half, seeded
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
2 cloves garlic, minced

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Mix dressing and honey until blended. Thread shrimp, mangos and onions onto 8 skewers; place on baking sheet. Brush evenly with dressing mixture. Let stand 5 min.
Meanwhile, grill peppers 15 min. or until charred and crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Remove from barbecue.
Add skewers to barbecue; grill 3 to 4 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
Chop grilled peppers; combine with rice and garlic. Spoon onto platter. Top with shrimp skewers.

Sprinkle ingredients on platter with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
Prepare using green or yellow peppers.
