220 g whole wheat spaghettini pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
1 small carrot, cut into matchlike sticks
1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
2 cups snow peas, trimmed, diagonally sliced
2 green onions, diagonally sliced
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, stir-fry ginger and garlic in dressing in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. or until garlic is fragrant. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min. Add carrots and peppers; stir-fry 2 min. Add snow peas and onions; stir-fry 2 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in broth and soy sauce; cook 1 min.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Add to shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
