1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce Chunky with Sweet Peppers
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 cups penne pasta, cooked, rinsed
2 cups frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into thin slices
1 sweet onion, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, cut into thin slices
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce and lemon juice until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly.
