2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 Spanish onion, finely chopped
3 red peppers, cut into thin strips
125 g Genoa salami, chopped
1 clove garlic, smashed
1 jar (650 mL) Classico Riserva Marinara Pasta Sauce
2 sprigs fresh oregano
1 lb. (450 g) uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined, thawed

Step 1
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add peppers, salami and garlic; cook and stir 7 min. or until peppers are tender.
Step 2
Stir in pasta sauce and oregano; bring to boil, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in separate large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
Step 4
Remove pasta sauce mixture from heat. Add shrimp; mix lightly.

Note
If you don't have 2 large skillets, you can omit the 1 Tbsp. oil used to cook the shrimp. Instead add the thawed uncooked shrimp to the hot pasta sauce mixture in skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp are tender, stirring frequently.
