1 lb. frozen shrimp (41 to 50 count), cooked, peeled, deveined and divided
1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped pimento-stuffed green olives

How do I make it ?
Chop enough shrimp into small pieces to measure 1 cup; reserve remaining whole shrimp for garnish.
Combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, celery and olives in medium bowl until well blended.
Spoon onto centre of platter or dinner plate. Shape into 6-inch round. Press reserved whole shrimp into side of spread. Serve with crackers.
