1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided
8 small boneless chicken breasts (2 lb./900 g)
1 jar (650 mL) Classico Riserva Marinara Pasta Sauce
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine panko crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan in pie plate or shallow dish. Beat eggs in separate pie plate until blended.
Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in eggs, then Parmesan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient.
Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with pasta sauce.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), sprinkling with shredded cheese and remaining Parmesan for the last 5 min.
