1 pkg. (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling
1-3/4 cups milk
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's White Chocolate, broken into pieces
3 Tbsp. brown sugar

Step 1
Whisk pudding mix and milk in medium saucepan until blended. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Gradually add cream cheese, then chocolate, cooking and stirring after each addition until completely melted.
Step 2
Pour into shallow 1-L baking dish. Refrigerate 2 hours or until completely cooled. (Pudding mixture thickens as it cools.)
Step 3
Heat broiler. Sprinkle sugar evenly over dessert. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until sugar is melted.

Variation
To prepare as individual desserts, pour pudding mixture into 5 (125-mL) ramekins before refrigerating and continuing as directed.

How to Soften Hardened Brown Sugar
If your brown sugar has turned into a hard, compacted lump, add a slice of bread or an apple wedge to the bag or canister. Seal and let stand until softened, about 1 to 2 days. For quicker softening, microwave on HIGH at 30-sec. intervals, just until softened, taking care not to melt the sugar.

Place measured brown sugar in strainer; press through strainer over pudding, using back of wooden spoon.
