1 jar (440 mL) salsa
1-3/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
225 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

How do I make it ?
Brown meat in large skillet.
Stir in salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
Add Velveeta; cook 3 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Add 1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin to the browned meat with the salsa and water.
Prepare using ground turkey.
Serve with a mixed green salad for added colour and texture.
