1-1/2 lb. (675 g) frozen uncooked cleaned (with tails left on) large shrimp

1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

4 green onions, chopped

2 tsp. minced gingerroot

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup dry sherry

1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup

1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1 tsp. toasted sesame seed

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Toss shrimp with pepper. Heat vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, ginger and garlic; stir-fry 1 min.
Step 2
Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min. Stir in sherry. Bring to boil; cook 1 min., stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in broth, then ketchup.
Step 3
Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in sesame oil.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seed.

Substitute
Substitute additional chicken broth for the sherry.
Serving Suggestion
Serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with additional chopped green onions.
Note
If serving as an appetizer, place small container of toothpicks next to bowl of cooked shrimp for easy no-mess serving.
