4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb/500 g), cut in strips
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 each: small green pepper and red onion, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, minced
4 pita breads, cut in half
8 Kraft Singles Cheese Slice, cut in half diagonally

Step 1
COOK chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 8 minutes; stir frequently. Add green pepper, onion and garlic. Continue cooking until vegetables and meat are tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
STUFF each pita half with chicken mixture and two cheese triangles.
Step 3
MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
