Imagine an open-face vegetarian sandwich topped with sauce, cheese, and a medley of vegetables. Prepared on a crusty baguette, these warm sandwiches are simply delicious.

Step 1
SLICE a whole-grain baguette lengthwise, cutting each half across on the diagonal and top with 2 Tbsp pizza sauce and a KRAFT SINGLES Fat Free Process Cheese Slice.
Step 2
MIX 1/3 cup each chopped, leftover asparagus and broccoli (or any other veggie), 1/2 a chopped red onion and a handful of chopped tomatoes. Divide in four and spoon over cheese on baguette pieces.
Step 3
TOP with 1/2 cup KRAFT Light 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese and broil until cheese slices are melted.
