2 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Place meat in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Mix water and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce until blended; pour over meat. Cover with lid.
Step 2
Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours). Meanwhile, toss coleslaw blend with dressing and onions in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use as directed.
Step 3
Transfer meat to cutting board; cool slightly.
Step 4
Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; place in medium bowl. Add remaining barbecue sauce; mix lightly.
Step 5
Fill buns with pulled pork and coleslaw just before serving.

Make Ahead
The pulled pork and coleslaw can be prepared ahead of time. Cool the pulled pork, then refrigerate up to 24 hours along with the coleslaw. To reheat before serving, spoon the pulled pork into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid. Cook on HIGH 1 hour or until heated through, thinning with additional 2 Tbsp. water if necessary. Serve in buns as directed.
