3/4 lb. (375 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup each chopped green peppers and onions
1/2 cup Heinz Bold & Spicy Texas Style BBQ Sauce
8 sourdough bread slices
8 tsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, divided
1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese

Step 1
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon meat mixture into bowl. Carefully wipe skillet clean with paper towels.
Step 2
Spread 4 bread slices evenly with 4 tsp. margarine; place, margarine sides down, in skillet. Top with meat mixture and cheese; cover with remaining bread slices. Spread tops of sandwiches with remaining margarine.
Step 3
Cook sandwiches 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
