2 large baking potatoes (1 lb./450 g)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. oil
2 cups Big-Batch Beef, thawed
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices

Step 1
Prick potatoes in several places; place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 9 to 10 min. or until tender, turning over and rearranging every 3 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat and barbecue sauce; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Serve topped with meat mixture and Kraft Singles.
