Mash 1 banana; spoon into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well. Cover with lid.

Stir oatmeal; spoon into serving bowls. Slice remaining banana; place over oatmeal. Sprinkle with nuts.
