Kraft Kitchen Tips!
How to Chop Onions
Cut a peeled whole onion into thin slices about 1/4 inch thick. Stack two or three slices, then make several crosswise cuts, about 1/4 inch apart, in both directions down through onion slices.
Food Facts
Need even more reason to enjoy tomatoes? Tomatoes contain antioxidants that protect your body's cells against damage. Lycopene, one of those antioxidants, can be absorbed more efficiently by the body if the tomatoes are first processed into juice, sauce, paste or Heinz Tomato Ketchup. The increased absorption is actually a result of the temperature changes involved in processing.
