This tangy Italian chicken recipe takes the time and worry out of a busy weeknight meal. Since it's made in a slow cooker, all you have to do is prep it and forget it.

1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes, quartered
1 small onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
1 red pepper, cut into strips
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 small boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 lb./900 g)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?
Place potatoes, onions, peppers and garlic in slow cooker; top with chicken. Whisk flour, dressing and lemon juice until blended; pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours).
Stir in peas; cook, covered, 10 min. or until peas are heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.

Prepare using Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, and substituting lime juice for the lemon juice and fresh cilantro for the parsley.
Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
