2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
3 green onions, chopped
4 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) Heinz Chicken Gravy
juice from 2 lemons
1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves

How do I make it ?
Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with onions. Add chicken broth, gravy and lemon juice; cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 4 hours (or on HIGH 2 hours).
Stir in orzo; cook, covered, on HIGH 30 min.
Add cream cheese, dill and spinach; stir until cream cheese is completely melted.

This flavourful soup can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat just before serving, adding water or more chicken broth if desired to thin soup to desired consistency.
