This slow-cooker pork and rice dish gets its sweet, tangy flavor from pineapple and BBQ sauce.

2 lb. boneless pork loin, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pineapple tidbits in juice, undrained
3 Tbsp. corn starch
2 large green peppers, coarsely chopped
2 large red peppers, coarsely chopped
5-1/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

How do I make it ?
Place pork in slow cooker. Add barbecue sauce; mix well.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice. Add reserved juice to corn starch; stir until well blended. Pour over pork mixture; mix well. Top with the pineapple tidbits in juice and peppers; cover with lid.
Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 5 hours). Spoon over the rice; sprinkle with peanuts.

Have a few extra minutes? Add flavour to the finished dish by browning the pork pieces in 1 Tbsp. oil before adding to the slow cooker.
