1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. (450 g) beef simmer steak (blade, brisket or cross rib), cut into 4 pieces
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, coat meat with flour; gently shake off excess. Add meat to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from heat.
Combine tomato paste, tomatoes and broth in slow cooker. Add meat and peppers; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
Top with cheese just before serving.
