1-1/2 lb. (675 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
4 cups sliced stemmed shiitake mushrooms
3 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed

Place chicken, vegetables, ginger and garlic in slow cooker.
Step 2
Mix broth, dressing and soy sauce until blended; pour into slow cooker. Stir; cover with lid.
Step 3
Cook on LOW 5 to 5-1/2 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours).
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
