1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
1 large sweet potato (1 lb./450 g), peeled, coarsely chopped
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese

Combine all ingredients except cilantro and cheese in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid.
Step 2
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
Step 3
Stir in cilantro just before serving.
Step 4
Serve topped with cheese.
