1 cup hickory wood smoking chips
4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
2 Tbsp. Heinz Hot & Spicy Aioli
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat barbecue to 375°F.
Place wood chips on centre of 12-inch-long sheet of foil; fold foil to make packet. Use tip of sharp knife to poke hole in top of packet. Place packet, cut side up, on grate over lit side of barbecue.
Place corn on barbecue grate over unlit area; cover. Grill 20 min., monitoring for consistent grill temperature and turning corn after 10 min.
Transfer corn to platter. Spread aioli onto corn; sprinkle with cheese.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
You can instead grill this delicious side on your outdoor charcoal barbecue. Place the foil-wrapped smoking chips directly on the coals before heating the barbecue. Move hot coals to outside edge of barbecue, then place corn over unlit area and grill as directed.
