1 English cucumber
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill, divided
1 tub (227 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
150 g smoked salmon, chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
2 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper

How do I make it ?
Trim and discard ends of cucumber, then cut trimmed cucumber into 24 slices.
Use melon baller to scoop out indentation in centre of each cucumber slice; discard removed centres or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
Reserve 1 Tbsp. dill. Mix remaining dill with all remaining ingredients until blended.
Fill cucumbers with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with reserved dill.
