2 English cucumbers
170 g smoked trout, flaked
1/3 cup Renée's Classic Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided

How do I make it ?
Cut each cucumber crosswise into 9 pieces. Use melon baller to scoop out centre of each piece.
Combine fish, dressing and 1 Tbsp. chives; spoon into cucumber cups.
Sprinkle with remaining chives.

Use vegetable peeler to remove alternating strips of cucumber peel before cutting into pieces and filling as directed.
