2 navel oranges, divided
3/4 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Western Smokehouse BBQ Sauce
2-1/4 tsp. brown sugar
2-1/4 tsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 green onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 bone-in pork chops (2-1/4 lb./1 kg), 1 inch thick

Step 1
Grate enough zest, then squeeze enough juice from 1 orange to measure 1 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice. Mix zest and juice with barbecue sauce, sugar, vinegar, onions, garlic and pepper until blended. Pour over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat chops. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate.
Step 2
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chops from marinade; pour marinade into saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Grill chops 7 min.; turn. Brush with about half the barbecue sauce mixture.
Step 4
Slice remaining orange. Add to barbecue. Grill 7 min. or until chops are done (160ºF) and oranges are heated through, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
Step 5
Serve chops with orange slices.

Substitute red wine vinegar for the cider vinegar.

Serve with steamed fresh green beans and hot cooked rice.
