Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook chicken broth, cream cheese and seasonings in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, whisking constantly. Remove from heat.

Add 3/4 cup Parmesan; stir until melted.

Step 4

Place potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes; cover.

Step 5

Bake 50 to 55 min. or until potatoes are tender. Top with remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs; bake 5 min. or until Parmesan is melted.
