S'mores take a star turn in these yummy sandwich cookies. We've swapped out the graham wafers for tender, homemade sugar cookies. Cue the applause!

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. coloured sugar
1/3 cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add icing sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into 64 shapes with 2-inch holiday cookie cutter(s). Sprinkle half the cookies with coloured sugar. Place all cookies, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets.
Bake 12 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Spread bottom side of each plain cookie with about 1 tsp. marshmallow creme; cover with remaining cookies, sugar sides up, to make sandwiches.
Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cookies. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
