1 tsp. oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
6 eggs
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
3/4 cup milk
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 4 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in stuffing mix.
Step 2
Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze until solid. Wrap in foil. Freeze up to 3 months.
Step 3
Heat oven to 350ºF. Remove foil and plastic wrap. Discard plastic wrap. Re-cover dish with foil. Bake 1 hour. Remove foil; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 15 min. or until centre is set.

Make Ahead
Assemble egg bake as directed; cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze until solid; wrap in foil. Freeze up to 3 months. Proceed to bake according to directions.
To Serve Tonight
Heat oven to 350ºF. Bake casserole (uncovered) 50 min. or until centre is set, topping with cheese the last 15 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
Special Extra
Sprinkle egg mixture in baking dish with cooked and crumbled bacon before freezing.
For a shorter cooking time, thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then bake 40 min. or until centre is set.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
Substitute a 2-L casserole for the square baking dish.
