How do I make it ?

Step 1
Cook cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until very tender; drain. Return cauliflower to pan.
Step 2
Add dressing; mash until cauliflower is light and fluffy.
Step 3
Top with onions.

Note
Use a food processor or immersion blender to puree the cooked cauliflower and dressing.
Note
Refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat in microwaveable container just before serving.
