1/2 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. lime zest
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except chicken until blended; pour into large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Press bag to remove as much air as possible, then seal bag.
Step 2
Freeze up to 3 months.
Step 3
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing mixture.
Step 4
Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).

Instead of freezing the chicken breasts, refrigerate them in the dressing mixture 10 min. before grilling as directed.

Variation
These tasty marinated chicken breasts can instead be baked in the oven. Heat oven to 350ºF. Remove frozen chicken breasts from the bag; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Discard bag and dressing mixture. Bake chicken 30 min. or until done (165°F).
