1 onion, thinly sliced
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) new potatoes (about 5), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 can (127 mL) chopped green chiles, undrained
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Spray large sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray. Place onions in centre of foil; top with potatoes.
Mix chili powder and cumin; sprinkle over potatoes. Top with chiles. Fold foil to make packet.
Grill 30 min. or until potatoes are tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packet. Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve topped with salsa, sour cream and cilantro.

Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 450°F. Assemble foil packet as directed; place, seam side up, on baking sheet. Bake 40 min. or until potatoes are tender. Continue as directed.
