How do I make it ?

Step 1
BAKE potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 45 - 60 minutes or until tender. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out and reserve for making mashed potatoes later.
Step 2
BROWN lean ground beef with barbecue sauce.
Step 3
TOP potato skins with ground beef mixture and shredded cheese. Broil just until cheese melts.
