2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-1/2 cups Heinz Tomato Juice
1 can (5.5 fl oz/156 mL) tomato paste
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 lb. (225 g) fully cooked chicken breast strips
1 cup sliced black olives
3/4 lb. (340 g) spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese

Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add tomato juice, tomato paste, sugar and oregano; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally and adding chicken and olives for the last 10 min. After 15 min., cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 3
Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Add half the sauce; mix lightly. Place on platter; top with remaining sauce, parsley and cheese.
