Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, add sausage to large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring frequently. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sauce and pepper; cook on low heat 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Stir in cheese.
