Spaghetti squash, with its pasta-like texture and sweet flavour, is quickly becoming one of the most popular squash varieties. The best part is that you can cook it in the microwave in minutes versus baking the squash in the conventional oven for an hour before you can use it to prepare your recipe. The olive oil, Parmesan and fresh oregano team up to perfectly boost the flavour of the cooked squash. This tasty and filling side dish is one you'll want to make throughout the squash season.
