1 red pepper, chopped
8 cups tightly packed mixed baby salad greens
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Spray cut sides of squash with cooking spray; place, cut sides down, on baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until tender. Cool 10 min. Use fork to scrape squash flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
Step 4
Toss salad greens with peppers and squash; drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
