2 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (85 g each) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
1-1/2 cups cold ginger ale
1-1/2 cups graham crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
2 cans (10 fl oz/284 mL each) mandarin oranges, drained

Step 1
Add boiling water to dry jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ginger ale. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
Step 2
Meanwhile, line 13x9-inch dish with plastic wrap, with ends of wrap extending over sides. Combine graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of prepared dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
Mix cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in Cool Whip; spread over crust. Arrange oranges over cream cheese layer; cover with jelly. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Step 4
Use plastic wrap handles to remove dessert from dish before cutting to serve.

Prepare using 2 pkg. (9.1 g each) Jell-O No Sugar Added Lemon Jelly Powder and substituting club soda for the ginger ale.
Substitute 2 cups strawberry halves, blueberries, raspberries and/or seedless grape halves for the mandarin oranges.
