1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
2-1/2 cups cold club soda
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) mandarin oranges, drained

How do I make it ?
Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Refrigerate 40 to 45 min. or until thickened but not set.
Remove 1 cup jelly; place in medium bowl. Reserve for later use. Stir oranges into remaining jelly; spoon into 8 champagne glasses.
Beat reserved jelly with mixer on high speed until doubled in volume; spoon over jelly in glasses. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

Substitute champagne or sparkling wine for the club soda.
Prepare using Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder and 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries.
