Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. Add meat; cook 3 to 4 min. or until browned, stirring frequently. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
Stir in salsa mixture; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. Top with nuts and cilantro. Serve over rice.

For added heat, stir 1 tsp. crushed red pepper into stir-fry before topping with nuts and cilantro.
Substitute 2 cups frozen vegetables, such as a stir-fry mix or peas and carrots, for the cut-up fresh vegetables. Prepare salsa mixture and cook steak as directed. Add frozen vegetables along with salsa mixture, then simmer until heated through. Continue as directed.
