4 slices reduced-sodium bacon, cut in half
8 frozen uncooked cleaned extra-large shrimp
8 cups cold Heinz Spicy Vegetable Cocktail
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 fresh pineapple ring (1/4 inch thick), cut into 8 wedges
2 limes, each cut into 4 wedges

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
Cover rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Place metal cooling rack on prepared baking sheet; spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Wrap 1 bacon piece around each shrimp. Thread 1 shrimp onto each of 8 small skewers; place on wire rack.
Step 4
Bake 10 to 15 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning after 8 min. Remove from oven.
Step 5
Mix vegetable cocktail and horseradish until blended; pour into 8 glasses.
Step 6
Thread 1 pineapple wedge onto each shrimp skewer; add to filled glasses. Garnish with lime wedges.
