1/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 lb. (450 g) beef grilling steak, cut into thin strips
1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves

Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
Step 2
Add 2 tsp. oil to nonstick wok or large nonstick skillet; heat on medium-high heat. Add meat, stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until done. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Heat remaining oil in wok. Add onions, red peppers, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 min. or until heated through. Stir in spinach and meat; cook 1 to 2 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked rice.
Substitute an orange or yellow pepper for the red pepper.
Special Extra
Add 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths, to the stir-fry along with the spinach and cooked meat.
