These bread baskets are the perfect vessel for this spicy chicken filling made with MIRACLE WHIP, hot chili sauce and chopped cooked chicken.

1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
12 slices whole wheat bread

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix Miracle Whip, Sriracha and cilantro until blended. Add to chicken; mix lightly.
Cut crusts off bread; discard or reserve for another use. Use rolling pin to flatten bread slices to 1/8-inch thickness. Gently press 1 bread slice onto bottom and up side of each 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 12 min. or until heated through, filling bread cups with chicken mixture after 6 min.
