2 lb. (900 g) lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
8 slices reduced-sodium bacon
8 kaiser buns, split
8 Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Cheese Slices
1/4 cup Heinz Mayochup Sauce
1 avocado, cut into 12 slices
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, cook bacon as directed on package.
Add buns, cut sides down, to barbecue. Top burgers with cheese. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted. Remove buns from barbecue.
Spread cut sides of buns with Mayochup; fill with cheeseburgers, bacon, avocados and cilantro.
